In addition to receiving orders through our secure online store, we are pleased to take any order by telephone during our regular business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Central, Monday thru Friday, at 1.800.351.2233. Pricing may be better on-line.

Payment Type
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Order Status
Upon completion of the checkout process, you will receive an e-mail message from us confirming your order. If you desire further order status, please send us an e-mail message at wei@weisd.com and be sure to include your order number. We will respond back as soon as we can with the status of your order.

Returns
Products may be returned for replacement or refund 30 days following invoice date. Full refund can only be given on items that are returned complete with all accessories and manuals. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Pack items to be returned complete with all accessories and manuals, and a note describing the nature of the problem.

To insure proper replacement or credit please include a copy of the original packing slip.

Warranty
Every item carries a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period varies and can be found packed with each item.
